Daikin Applied Americas Inc seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager in Plymouth, MN (Hybrid) to partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Operations to develop and execute pricing strategies. You will analyze market trends, customer economics, and cost impacts for new product launches and price adjustments, deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership, and govern pricing processes.

You bring 4–6+ years of pricing experience, strong Excel, and the ability to influence decisions in a matrix

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a closely relative field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices that drive profitable growth.
• Experience leveraging market dynamics and value-based pricing principles to develop pricing recommendations, financial analyses, and business cases.
• Proficiency in pricing governance, approval processes, sales and commercial practices, including quoting, negotiations, contract structures, customer agreements, and deal economics.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets and pricing analytics tools.
• Ability to influence decision-making and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC assessing cost impacts and margins.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to inform recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for significant opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
• Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with policies and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing governance, analytics, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer value and market competitiveness.
