Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Pricing Lead in Texas to develop and implement customer pricing strategies through market and competitor analysis, revenue simulations, and price optimization across channels. You will prepare pricing reports for senior leaders, manage supplier pricing needs in wine and spirits, and collaborate with internal teams to drive profitability.

A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is required; Master’s or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer pricing strategies by conducting market analysis, competitor analysis, and revenue simulation models.
• Analyze competitor pricing and internal price promotions and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
• Prepare pricing reports for senior pricing and business unit leaders by presenting analyses and recommendations.
• Responsible for managing the financial needs of wine and spirits suppliers.
• Oversee deal pricing for all sales channels, price supports and expenditures to grow sales and profitability.
• Support suppliers and key customers with pricing and deal recommendations.
• Leverage relationships with internal and external contacts to increase sales.
• Collaborate with team to create best practices for project execution.
• Duties include pricing administration and supplier negotiation.
• Other duties as assigned.
