Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Pricing Lead in Grand Prairie, TX to develop and implement pricing strategies across wine and spirits channels. You will conduct market and competitor analysis, oversee price promotions, and prepare leadership-ready pricing reports to optimize profitability.

The role requires strong financial analysis, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales growth. This is a full-time, on-site position in Texas with a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Masters Degree or CPA in preferred education

Responsibilities

• The Pricing Lead develops and implements customer pricing strategies by conducting market analysis, competitor analysis, and revenue simulation models
• Analyze competitor pricing and internal price promotions and recommend adjustments to pricing strategies to maximize profitability and effectiveness
• Prepare pricing reports for senior pricing and business unit leaders by presenting price analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
• Responsible for managing the financial needs of wine and spirits suppliers
• Oversees deal pricing for all sales channels, price supports and expenditures to grow sales and profitability
• Supports suppliers and key customers with pricing and deal recommendations
• Leverages relationships with internal and external contacts to increase sales efficiently and effectively
• Collaborates with team to create best practices for project execution
• Duties include financial analysis, pricing administration, and supplier negotiation
