Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Manager Financial Pricing to blend strategic finance, pricing, and commercial decision support. The role partners with Sales and Operations to shape pricing strategy, forecast performance, and optimize margins across the business.

The position leads analysts, develops pricing models, runs cost and deal evaluations, and delivers analytics and insights to leadership. A strong background in finance, Excel, BI tools, and incentive design is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Master's Degree in MBA or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in progressive experience in finance, pricing, or analytical business support roles.
• 3+ years supporting complex pricing, deal evaluation, and contract economics.
• 4+ years partnering with sales and operations leadership.
• 3+ years developing financial or pricing models in Excel or similar tools.
• Pricing strategy, deal economics, and margin management.
• Financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Supply chain, logistics, or asset-based service models preferred.
• Understanding of incentive compensation and commission structures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and team members; oversee planning, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Act as financial advisor to sales and operations; pricing strategy and trade-offs.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
• Provide analytical and financial support for pricing, including deal structuring and margin evaluation.
• Provide commissions calculations, sales analytics, and performance reporting to support incentives.
• Assist pricing team with pricing guidelines, tools, and strategies to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Compensation on pricing and pay structures.
• Train field and sales teams on pricing methodology and investigate variances.
• Develop and maintain pricing and financial models for field evaluation.
• Advise teams on risk, cost controls, and opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual planning related to pricing, profitability.
• Participate in deal strategy discussions to establish margin requirements.
• Identify trends and risks through data analysis and recommend actions.
