Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Head of Pricing to lead the firmwide pricing capability from Indianapolis. You will shape value-based pricing across engagements, build analytics, and collaborate with partners, BU/DU leaders, RevOps, IT, and Finance to enable winning pricing decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive governance and tools that scale with a large professional services organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, or related strategy roles.
• Experience leading pricing in B2B, professional services, or advisory settings.
• Ability to design governance, analytics, and price-to-win guidance.
• Strong data-driven decision making and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crowe’s pricing capability and governance with cross-functional partners.
• Develop value-based pricing, tools, and decision aids for engagements.
• Create analytics dashboards tracking price realization, mix, and renewal economics.
• Provide guidance on discounts, bundles, and strategic accounts.
