Qualifications

• Pricing leadership experience in pricing, revenue management, or deal desk for B2B services.
• Experience with value-based pricing in professional services or advisory environments.
• Governance, analytics, and tools implementing pricing guidance across a matrix organization.
• Strong ability to derive executive-ready insights from pricing data.
• Experience balancing price realization with client relationships and lifecycle value.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and pricing tech applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the pricing function’s mandate and operating rhythm in partnership with senior leaders.
• Develop pricing tools, ranges, and training to win engagements based on value, scope, risk, and market dynamics.
• Support renewals with facts, narratives, and options balancing price with retention and profitability.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to track price realization, mix, discounts, and win/loss trends.
• Establish pricing guardrails and practical guidance for discounts and concessions.
• Develop service offerings, bundles, SKUs, and pricing parameters reflecting value and AI costs.
• Provide pricing support and communication to partners and sellers for effective negotiations.
• Embed pricing guidance into CRM, CPQ, forecasting, and proposals.
