Job summary

BCLP in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing to join our team. You will work closely with Partners, Business Development and Finance to develop pricing proposals, fee arrangements and profitability analyses.

This role provides exposure to AI-enabled tools, complex client matters, and opportunities to influence pricing strategy and service delivery within a leading law firm environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis or related analytical role, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to explain financial info clearly to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on pricing options for client matters including rates, discounts and fee structures.
• Lead pricing analysis for client RFPs and proposals with Partners, Business Development and Finance teams.
• Support fee discussions and client pricing negotiations with commercial recommendations.
