Job summary

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing to join our team. You will support pricing proposals, fee arrangements, and profitability analyses, working with Partners, BD and Finance to optimize client value and firm profitability.

You will lead pricing analyses for RFPs, develop commercial recommendations, and help deliver AI-enabled pricing workflows while promoting best practices across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, financial analysis or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in legal service delivery and pricing to support profitability.
• Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
• Able to develop understanding of AI, automation and legal technology in pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert pricing guidance on client matters including analysis of rates, discounts, fee structures, staffing assumptions, profitability and value considerations.
• Lead the pricing analysis for client RFPs and proposals, working with Partners, Business Development and Finance to develop pricing strategies and narratives.
• Support fee discussions and client pricing negotiations with pricing options and commercial recommendations.
• Provide pricing insights to design efficient service delivery models, including AI tools or alternative resourcing models.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through smarter resourcing, workflow optimisation and AI-enabled tools.
• Develop pricing tools, templates, best practices and process improvements and share insights with teams.
