Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Manager, Pricing to lead pricing strategy and profitability analyses for complex client matters. You will work with partners, business development and finance to craft competitive fee arrangements and to drive value.

In this role, you will shape pricing options, leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes for clients and the firm. A strong background in financial modelling and law-firm pricing is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pricing or financial analysis within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Client-focused with a strong understanding of legal service delivery.
• Experience with legal pricing tools and profitability dashboards is advantageous.
• Confident in using AI tools responsibly to support analysis, drafting and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and constructive challenge to partners and business teams on pricing options for client matters.
• Collaborate with Partners, Business Development and Finance to prepare competitive responses to client RFPs.
• Support and participate in fee discussions and negotiations with key clients.
• Deliver pricing insights to support efficient service delivery models and smarter resourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through AI-enabled delivery and workflow optimization.
• Develop understanding of how AI, automation and legal tech affect pricing and value delivered to clients.
