Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a strategic and analytically rigorous VP of Pricing & Packaging to own end-to-end monetization for our B2B SaaS portfolio. Reporting to the CPO, this leader will architect how we price, package, and capture value across products, influencing revenue growth, margins, and customer lifetime value.

This role operates through a partnership model with FP&A, IT, and Product Marketing, leading a Pricing Steering Group to align decisions and stay ahead of market pricing moves.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS monetization experience
• 3+ years leading pricing strategy with measurable impact
• Experience with CPQ, billing, entitlement management
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Cyber security industry experience
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence

Responsibilities

• Define the pricing philosophy, strategy, and roadmap for all products and segments.
• Design pricing models (tiered, consumption, hybrid) aligned to value and willingness to pay.
• Establish pricing governance, discounting guardrails, and deal-structure controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Product Marketing to operationalize pricing.
• Lead cross-functional Pricing Steering Group and maintain governance records.
