Job summary

n8n is hiring a senior pricing leader to own the analytical foundation and packaging architecture for pricing across community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers. You will design models linking unit economics, cost-to-serve, and willingness-to-pay, and run experiments that translate into scalable pricing decisions.

You’ll lead cross-functional pricing decisions with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data, shaping adoption for 100+ countries and both cloud and self-hosted offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy, with at least one major pricing model transition.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the pricing model connecting unit economics, agent run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
• Shape plan design and packaging across community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers.
• Lead cross-functional pricing decisions and roll out major changes end-to-end.
