Job summary

Nebius Group is building a leading AI cloud platform and seeks a Pricing & Monetization Lead to define how we monetize infrastructure, products, and capacity. You will own pricing strategy, frameworks, discount governance, and pricing decisions across GPU infrastructure and cloud offerings.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, and Unit Economics teams to optimize profitability, capacity utilization, and growth while ensuring SOX alignment and scalable pricing processes.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in Pricing, Monetization, Revenue Strategy, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Strategy.
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure, SaaS, Telecom, or Marketplace businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide pricing strategy across GPU infrastructure, Cloud products, Token Factory and all future offerings.
• Translate unit economics and margin objectives into commercial pricing decisions.
• Define discount matrices, pricing guardrails, approval thresholds, and escalation criteria.
• Monitor realized pricing, discount trends, margin realization, and pricing compliance; lead pricing reviews.
