Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape offers across cloud, AI-enabled, and digital product portfolios. You will develop scalable monetization frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy at a strategic, high-impact level.

The role requires financial and project management expertise to test ideas, measure success, and decide when to escalate to BAU. Collaboration with product, engineering, and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies including usage metering and unit economics.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with experience in cloud/SaaS monetization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and decision support.
• Experience using BI tools to measure pricing performance and market opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination, communication and governance.
• Develop scalable and repeatable monetization motions that can be tested and iterated.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes, product strategy, and growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities that maximize network value for customers.
• Build financial models and evaluate margins, customer behavior, scalability, and benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to assess new initiatives.
