Job summary

Lumen seeks a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape promotional offers and long-term monetization across cloud, AI-enabled, and digital products. You will build scalable monetization frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy.

Operating at a strategic level, you will test ideas, measure success, and decide when to transition initiatives into strategic BAU, partnering with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of related pricing experience in pricing, monetization strategy, financial analysis or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination, governance.
• Develop scalable and repeatable motions that can be tested and changed over time.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes, product strategy, and long-term growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities that maximize our network and bring value to our customers.
• Build financial models and evaluate unit economics, margins, customer behavior, scalability, and benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modelling to understand the effectiveness of new initiatives.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to translate capabilities into offers.
• Present executive-ready business cases and recommendations connecting pricing decisions to value and growth.
