Job summary

n8n is seeking a pricing leader to turn pricing into a deliberate, data-informed growth lever across our community, self-serve, and Enterprise offerings. You’ll own models, run experiments, and shape packaging for AI-powered products like AI Assistant and n8n Connect.

Collaborating with Product, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Data, you will drive cross-functional decisions and global rollouts, impacting ARR and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Pricing leadership in B2B SaaS with 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy.
• Designed and rolled out consumption-based or AI-native pricing at >$100M ARR.
• Owned pricing on self-serve and Enterprise motions; able to design for both funnels.
• Strong financial model-building and unit economics reasoning.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition alignment.
• Empathy for developers and technical buyers in pricing decisions.
• Built packaging frameworks and decision tools for product teams.
• Able to influence Product, Finance, Sales, CS, Engineering, and Billing.
• Motivated by scope and global impact as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Build the pricing model connecting unit economics, cost-to-serve, and willingness-to-pay.
• Maintain market intelligence to ensure pricing keeps pace with a shifting category.
• Run pricing experiments and document reusable learnings.
• Shape plan design and packaging for community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers.
• Design pricing for new SKUs and consumption-based models.
• Develop packaging frameworks and tools for product teams to use.
• Lead cross-functional pricing decisions with buy-in from leaders.
• Roll out major pricing changes end-to-end and measure impact.
• Create governance rules for discounting, grandfathering, and usage-based billing.
