Job summary

Scribe, based in San Francisco, seeks a Pricing and Packaging Lead to own pricing and packaging across self-serve and enterprise products. You’ll partner with PMs to redefine value delivery, define the P&P roadmap, and run experiments that move revenue and retention.

You will re-architect SKU strategy and collaborate with revenue, marketing, and finance to scale monetization while maintaining healthy unit economics.

Qualifications

• Ownership of pricing & packaging or monetization at a software company to drive impact through P&P
• Experience conducting experiments across multiple business segments to determine the most impactful path

Responsibilities

• Own Pricing and Packaging strategy for all products end-to-end across self-serve and enterprise
• Re-architect enterprise SKU strategy and partner with revenue teams on rollout
• Design monetization for self-serve and free tiers with value metrics and sustainable unit economics
• Influence how new product additions are packaged and priced to demonstrate value realization
• Partner across executives and functional leaders to translate P&P strategy into shipped changes
