Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Pricing and Packaging Lead to own pricing and packaging across our platform, both for self-serve and enterprise. You will partner with product, revenue, marketing, and finance to define a holistic P&P strategy and to instrument experiments that drive revenue, retention, and customer value.

You will re-architect our enterprise SKU strategy, design monetization for new surfaces, and influence how products are packaged and priced as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience owning pricing & packaging or monetization at a software company.
• Ability to run experiments across multiple business segments to drive impact.
• Strong grasp of pricing psychology, value metrics, and upsell mechanics.
• Ability to articulate a POV to the executive team and support it with data.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing and packaging strategy for all products end-to-end across self-serve and enterprise.
• Re-architect enterprise SKU strategy and enable upsell across tiers.
• Design monetization for self-serve and free tiers with value metrics.
• Collaborate with product, revenue, marketing, and finance to ship changes that move revenue and retention.
