HP Inc. is seeking a Mid Atlantic Technical Consultant Manager to lead the Presales Technical Consultant team, driving strategy and execution across Enterprise accounts.

You will coach TCs to deliver technical expertise, differentiate solutions, and accelerate deal velocity with strong customer engagement. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership, architect scalable solutions, and oversee proposals, RFP responses, and tender documentation while staying aligned with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in technical consulting, presales, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in a sales or presales environment.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Presales Technical Consultant (TC) team and drive strategy.
• Coach and mentor team to deliver technical excellence and speed up deals.
• Collaborate with sales to assess customer requirements and present tailored demos.
• Architect and validate technical solutions and oversee proposals.
• Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to product teams.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting.
