Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 2 in Tampa to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will be responsible for setting up your station, preparing and presenting meals, maintaining sanitation, and supporting senior cooks in daily kitchen operations.

You will collaborate with Cook 1 and 3 to ensure quality, assist with menu planning, and help deliver the 3-step service that keeps members satisfied. This role requires reliability and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation for daily prep.
• Prepare and store all food items for the station, adhering to Invited standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development and testing products.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and handle last-minute changes.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally.
