This junior-level role supports Cook 3 and Cook 1, while maintaining sanitation and safety across shift operations.

You will work under the Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef, coordinating daily prep, storage, and inventory control. A strong kitchen background, reliability, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities
