Job summary

Invited is hiring a Cook 2 for our kitchen team. You will set up your station, execute daily prep, and maintain quality across soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts, while collaborating with Cook 1 and Cook 3 to ensure smooth service.

This junior-level role requires culinary understanding and the ability to handle more complex tasks than Cook 1, with growth toward leadership and advanced skills. Strong teamwork and sanitation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execution of daily prep, and organization of workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items necessary for your station.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily items.
• Prepare complete meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, and salads.
• Receive and store goods as requested by kitchen.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes.
