Invited is seeking a Cook 2 to manage daily prep, set up, and organization of the workstation while upholding high standards of food quality and presentation. You will support Cook 1 and Cook 3, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and adherence to quality standards.

The role emphasizes sanitation, coordination with chefs, and willingness to take on additional duties during busy periods, contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, and organize your workstation for daily operations.
• Prepare and store all food items necessary for your station, adhering to Invited.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation for daily specials and menu items.
• Prepare or assist in preparing complete meals, soups, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, and assist in service recovery.
