Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Line Cook in Miami to prepare, produce, plate and garnish all menu items, set up the station and maintain sanitation standards. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality meals that meet the Executive Chef's exacting standards in a fun, tech-infused hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Prior experience in high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools and appliances.
• Must obtain licenses or certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs.
• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Ability to read a thermometer and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Accurately account for all items coming out of a station.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures, including MSDS.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
