Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Prep Cook to support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality menu items. You will set up the prep station, portion ingredients, and assist the Executive Chef in maintaining sanitation standards to ensure consistent, guest-ready dishes.

Candidates should have prior high-volume restaurant experience, be able to multitask under pressure, read recipes and tickets, and work flexibly within our 11am–1am venue hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly.
• Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and set up prep station.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and plate presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout shift.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
