Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, plate, and garnish menu items to meet the Executive Chef's standards. You will set up the station, maintain sanitation, and ensure a smooth kitchen operation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume kitchens, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure while following safety procedures and recipes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to communicate effectively to meet job requirements safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Set up station and maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS; communicate any delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Take direction and be a team player; assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
