Puttshack USA is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare ingredients and support the kitchen for high-quality menus at our venues. You will set up prep stations, stock inventory, and ensure sanitation standards to help deliver an elevated guest experience.

Requirements include 18+ years of age and prior experience in a busy kitchen, along with strong teamwork, safety compliance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to operate kitchen tools safely (knives, grills).
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portions.
• Set up prep station and stock inventory.
• Maintain sanitation standards and MSDS compliance.
• Monitor temperature and proper food handling.
• Assist culinary leadership with inventory and line calls.
• Support opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Be a team player and adapt to shift schedules.
