Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand is seeking a kitchen worker to support food preparation across salads, sandwiches, and light fare. You will follow standardized recipes, prep per daily lists, and ensure equipment operates safely while maintaining cleanliness and labeling standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience/training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to communicate information to customers and co-workers.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to apply reasonable understanding to written or oral instructions.
• May require lifting up to 50 pounds; stands 6–8 hours.
• Work environment supports reasonable accommodations for disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process vegetables, meats, seafood, poultry and other items for cooking.
• Follow Concessions International procedures for all recipes.
• Maintain quality and consistency by using standardized recipes.
• Ensure equipment is operating correctly and at proper temperatures.
• Review prep lists and only prepare items on Daily Prep List.
• Organize and plan daily activities before starting work.
• Prepare vegetables and ingredients for sandwiches, salads, soups and garnishes.
• Measure and mix ingredients for dressings, sauces and desserts.
• Operate and maintain equipment and stations per sanitary and safety procedures.
• Follow safe handling practices and clean equipment and workstations.
• Label, date, rotate and store foods according to standards.
