Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a food preparation associate to support high-volume kitchen operations. You will process vegetables, meats, seafood, and other items, follow standardized recipes, and maintain equipment and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients for salads, sandwiches, and hot items, labeling and storing foods, and ensuring quality and safety guidelines are followed throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vegetables, meats, seafood, poultry and other items for cooking.
• Follow standardized recipes and Concessions International procedures.
• Maintain equipment, sanitary standards and safe food handling.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food according to labeling standards.
• Review prep lists and plan daily activities.
