Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a kitchen associate responsible for preparing meals and supporting daily kitchen operations. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain cleanliness, and assist with plating and presentation as required.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some related experience. This role requires the ability to read instructions, work efficiently, and comply with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow standardized recipes.
• Experience with basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, food-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of vegetables, meats, seafood, poultry and other food items for cooking.
• Ensure that all recipes are prepared in accordance with Concessions International procedures.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency from prep to workstation.
• Maintain equipment and keep it in safe, proper working order.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards throughout shift.
• Label, date, rotate and store foods per standards.
• Organize daily prep activities and review daily lists before starting work.
• Assist with plating and presentation as directed.
