Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Prenatal Account Manager for Idaho East. This field sales role focuses on bringing first-in-market NIPT tests to OBGYN clinics and MFMs.

You will educate clinicians, influence test communications, and shape product evolution to meet market needs. You will build relationships with physicians and staff, drive utilization of Unity Fetal Risk Screen, and manage the full sales lifecycle in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, calling on providers in the territory.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with ability to present to buyers and respond to customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for internal/external customers.
• Effective time management with ability to prioritize opportunities.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with drive to close business.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and ethics surrounding patient information.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
• Capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within your geography, focusing on OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospitals, and federally qualified centers.
• Create and implement a strategic plan to grow utilization in your geography.
• Manage full lifecycle of product sales, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
