Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a motivated Prenatal Account Executive for Omaha to drive growth in our UNITY Fetal Risk Screen within OBGYN and MFM clinics. You will present clinical information, shape product messaging, and influence how the test is communicated to physicians and patients.

The role requires field sales experience in healthcare, a proven ability to close, and strong communication skills. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions with a total package described

Qualifications

• Outside field sales experience in healthcare (3+ years)
• Proven sales track record with ability to close deals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with urgency and drive
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and ethics in patient data handling
• Comfortable in a startup environment and fast paced settings

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
• Prospect and cultivate new business; maintain relationships with providers and clinics
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities for growth in the territory (OBGYN, MFM, GC, hospitals)
• Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing
• Attend local tradeshows and industry conferences for networking
