BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a results-driven Account Executive for Tulsa to drive the sales and adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen across OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.

This field role requires building strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding customers through complex clinical information and decision-making processes. You will influence how the test is communicated to physicians and patients and help shape product evolution to meet market needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in a specified geographic territory.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with ability to present to internal and external customers.
• HIPAA privacy awareness and ability to handle patient and physician information.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking with a sense of urgency to close business.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
• Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth in the territory (OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospital systems, FQHCs).
• Create and implement a strategic plan to grow utilization in the geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows and industry events to drive awareness.
