Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking a Prenatal Account Executive to drive sales of Unity Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and clinics in the Pittsburgh region. You will present clinical information to external clients and collaborate with internal teams to evolve the test to market needs.

This field sales role reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal. You will build strategic business plans, establish relationships with key opinion leaders, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing,

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record, understanding of buyer/decision maker types, effective selling, listening, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Effective time management with ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic yet able to execute tactically.
• Must act with urgency and focus on closing business.
• Ability to work with HIPAA/privacy considerations and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
• Capitalize on commercial opportunities within a defined geography—OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, and hospitals.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
