Job summary

BillionToOne in the United States seeks a results-driven Prenatal Account Manager to drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen across OBGYN clinics, MFMs, and hospital systems. You will present clinical information to external clients throughout your territory and partner with internal teams to refine messaging and product evolution.

This field-sales role reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal, includes uncapped commissions, a base salary, and comprehensive benefits as part of a Nasdaq-listed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, directly calling on providers in the specified geographic territory.
• Proven sales track record with strong buyer/decision-maker engagement and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize opportunities.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in startup environments and maintain discretion with patient/physician information.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
• Capitalize on commercial opportunities in OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, and hospital systems.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
