Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking a Prenatal Account Executive in Tampa to drive direct sales of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors. You will communicate complex diagnostic information to physicians and patients, shaping market adoption and evolving product messaging to meet clinician needs.

The role requires 3+ years of field healthcare sales, a proven sales track record, and strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record, understanding of buyer/decision maker types, exhibit effective selling, listening, presentation skills, and ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Effective time management skills with ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
• Capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within your geography—OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospitals, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
