Avis Budget Group is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist in Orlando to deliver premium, personalized service from vehicle delivery to collection. You will communicate logistics and meet locations, greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide a thorough overview of the rental vehicle while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes on-site, face-to-face customer interactions in a fast-paced environment, with a wage of $17.50/hour plus an incentive program

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using various mobile devices.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On-site requirement: role is on-site and cannot be remote.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
• Proactively communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and meet locations.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
