Avis Budget Group is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist to deliver a premium, personalized service that makes every rental exceptional. You’ll greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide a clear overview of the vehicle, whether at doorstep delivery or airport arrivals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, a friendly, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role (hospitality or car rental preferred).
• Professional, friendly demeanor with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, personalized interaction.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and coordinate timely delivery/collection.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and logistics.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app.
