Avis Budget Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist to deliver a premium, personalized rental experience from delivery to pickup. You’ll greet customers, open doors, assist with luggage, and ensure flawless service across every step of the interaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and a professional, friendly demeanor. You’ll work on-site with a team that values reliability, efficiency, and outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using mobile devices
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers, ensuring a welcoming, professional interaction
• Provide a premium experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members
• Communicate proactively with premium-level customers via phone, text, email and app
• Greet customers upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide a vehicle overview
