Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. You must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site; must be 18+; able to lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Provide premium service by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with the team.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email, and app.
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
