Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
• Proactive communication with premium-level customers via phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics and requests.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and provide a vehicle overview.
