Fox Corporation, launching a premium live entertainment experience, seeks Suite Hosts to support members across arenas and stadiums.

Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, you will deliver high-touch service, manage guest engagement, and help drive member satisfaction and retention in a startup-like growth environment.

Experience in luxury hospitality and CRM systems is preferred, with reliable transportation to multiple venues within the local market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in member service or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM systems and confidential data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Willingness to travel to different venues within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show execution and high-touch member experiences.
• Host events, assist with catering orders, welcome members, and facilitate experiences.
• Engage with members via email, phone, text, and in-person at the venue.
• Create welcoming environments and establish memorable moments during events.
• Attend ad hoc meetings to provide member feedback and insights.
• Support the Experience Manager in strategies to deepen relationships and retention.
• Record member feedback and help refine engagement based on data.
• Report to different venues within the local market as scheduled.
