Job summary

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with Fox Corporation, seeks Suite Hosts to deliver premium, high-touch experiences for club-suites guests across arenas and stadiums. Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, you will manage guest flow, assist with catering orders, and welcome members with discretion and professionalism.

You should have 2+ years in member services or hospitality, proven CRM experience, and superb communication with a polished, discreet manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a member service role or hospitality space (private club/hotel)
• Experience working in CRM systems, entering, managing and organizing confidential data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and poise
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple engagements
• On-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show execution and high-touch member experience for club-suites guests
• Host events on the day, assist with catering orders, welcome members, and facilitate experiences
• Engage with members across channels (email, phone, text, in person) as onsite contact
• Create welcoming environment by facilitating introductions and key moments during events
• Attend ad hoc meetings to share member feedback and operational insights
• Support Experience Manager in strategies to deepen relationships and retention
• Record member feedback and refine engagement based on data
