Job summary

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with Fox Corporation, seeks Suite Hosts to deliver premium, high-touch membership experiences in club-suites across multiple arenas. You will manage guest needs, assist with catering, and serve as the onsite liaison to ensure guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, you will collect feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and help design strategies to deepen member relationships and retention. On-site presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a member service or hospitality role.
• Experience with CRM systems for confidential data handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple engagements.
• Regular on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show execution for club-suites guests.
• Host events, assist with catering orders, and welcome members.
• Engage with members across channels as the onsite point of contact.
• Create a welcoming environment and establish key moments during events.
• Join ad hoc meetings to share member feedback and insights.
• Support the Experience Manager to deepen relationships and retention.
• Record member feedback and refine engagement based on data, insights.
