Job summary

Fox Corporation, in partnership with Red Seat Ventures, seeks Suite Hosts to deliver high-touch hospitality for premium arena experiences across the local market. You will manage guest interactions, assist with catering, and serve as the primary on-site contact to ensure memorable member experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in member services or hospitality, strong communication skills, and are comfortable in fast-paced, growth environments. Regular on-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in member service or hospitality at a private club or hotel space

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show execution and high-touch member experience for club-suites guests.
• Host events on game days, assist with catering orders, welcome members, and guide them through the space.
• Serve as onsite point of contact via email, phone, text, and in person; resolve issues and enhance experiences.
• Create welcoming environment through introductions and key moments during events.
• Attend ad hoc meetings to share member feedback and operational insights.
• Assist to design strategies to deepen relationships, boost satisfaction, and retention.
• Record member feedback and preferences to refine engagement strategies.
• Work at venues across the local market with reliable transportation.
