Job summary

Fox Corporation, in partnership with Red Seat Ventures, is launching a premium live entertainment membership experience. We seek a Member Experience Manager to deliver high-touch service in arenas and stadiums, ensuring memorable experiences for members across our portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Member Experience, you will manage reservations, tickets, and suite experiences, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a member services or hospitality role.
• Experience with CRM systems and handling confidential data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM and internal tools to assist members with run-of-show and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary contact to members across email, phone, text, and in person.
• Support weekly meetings to discuss member feedback and operations.
• Help Director design strategies to deepen relationships and increase retention.
• Monitor membership metrics and refine engagement based on data.
