Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking Suite Hosts to deliver premium live entertainment experiences for club-suites guests in multiple arenas. You will be the onsite point of contact, ensuring seamless events and personalized service for discerning members.

Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, you will collaborate across teams to resolve issues, assist with catering, and enhance member satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a member service or hospitality role, preferably in private clubs or luxury venues.
• Experience using CRM systems to enter and manage confidential data.
• Strong communication, empathy and poise in high-end service settings.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show and high-touch experiences for club-suites guests.
• Host events, assist with catering orders, welcome members and navigate spaces.
• Engage with members via email, phone, text, and in person as the onsite contact.
• Foster a welcoming environment and create key moments during events.
• Attend ad hoc meetings to capture member feedback and insights.
• Support strategies to deepen relationships and increase retention.
• Record member preferences and feedback to refine engagement efforts.
