This role suits seasoned hospitality professionals with private club or premium seating backgrounds, capable of coordinating catering, navigating venues, and building memorable moments for discerning members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in member services or hospitality roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and confidential data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with little direction.
• On-site attendance 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show and high-touch member experience.
• Host events, place catering orders, welcome suite members.
• Engage with members via email, phone, text, and in person.
• Create welcoming environment and key moments during events.
• Attend ad hoc meetings and share member feedback.
• Assist strategies to deepen relationships and retention.
• Record member feedback and data to refine engagement.
• Work at assigned venues with reliable transportation.
