Job summary

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with Fox Corporation, is launching a premium live entertainment experiences program and seeks Suite Hosts in multiple markets. You will deliver high-touch service to members in club suites, ensuring memorable experiences and strong retention across arenas and stadiums.

Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, you will be on-site as the primary guest contact, coordinate catering, assist with seating, and capture member insights to refine engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a member service or hospitality role.
• Experience with CRM systems and confidential data handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with little direction.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• On-site presence at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless run-of-show and high-touch member experience using CRM and internal systems.
• Host events, assist catering orders, greet members, and record insights.
• Engage members across email, phone, text, and in-person as the on-site contact.
• Foster welcoming environment through introductions and key moments during events.
• Attend ad hoc meetings to share member feedback and operational insights.
• Support design and execution of strategies to deepen relationships and retention.
• Monitor member feedback and refine engagement based on data.
• Work at assigned venues and report to different locations as scheduled.
