Player 15 Group seeks an experienced Host to join our Event Service team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Event Service and play a key part in broader department initiatives.

You will create positive first impressions, work with the Premium Experience team to fulfill contract details, assist guests and staff with top-tier hospitality, and ensure safety and seamless venue operations during events.

Qualifications

• Must have a documented track record of guest service excellence.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen to diverse populations.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class guest service and memorable experiences.
• Work with Premium Experience team to fulfill contract details.
• Escort guests, verify credentials, and guide them to premium areas.
• Maintain safety, security, and calm, especially in high-stress situations.
• Build relationships with Premium Ticket Holder guests and respond to requests.
