Job summary

Player 15 Group in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Host to support Event Service during premium experiences, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations. You will help create memorable experiences for fans while coordinating with Premium Experience teams.

You will engage guests, verify credentials, assist with suites and premium seating, and respond to issues with safety in mind. A professional appearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum six months in guest services or customer service.
• Two years in premium guest service or concierge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest interactions and embody mission and values.
• Support Premium Experience team to fulfill contracts and services.
• Assist guests with highest level of hospitality and safety awareness.
• Maintain visible presence and respond to guest requests or issues.
• Verify credentials, scan tickets, and guide guests to premium areas.
• Coordinate information to ensure excellent event day experience.
• Operate radios and devices to communicate with venue areas.
• Maintain attendance and comply with safety policies.
